There's nothing I can say to make it right
Nothing I can do to make it fair
Everything I do is wrong and it feels
It feels...
So very very wrong.
I want to make it right.
I want to say the right thing.
I want to make it right, and make the pain go away.
But there's nothing I can say to make you know how I feel.
There's nothing I can do to show it.
Everything I try doesn't seem to work
It seems...
So very very wrong.
I need to make it right.
I need to find the magic
I need to make it right, make the hurting stop somehow
But tears don't change the ocean's course, and screaming halts not
the wind.
maybe the fires burn without the fuel that's in my heart
And Standing steady as a rock might not be the course to take.
But doing nothing...
Is so very very wrong.
Maybe it's not my fault
That I can't do the right thing
Maybe it's not my fault, that we both are hurting deep inside
But still... but still... I... I try.
